This Site provides general information about SaltLine Networks' connectivity, network, and surveillance/security services in Mozambique, and allows you to request a site survey or contact us. The Site itself is for marketing and informational purposes only; it does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Any actual engagement for services is governed by a separate written quotation and signed Installation & Service Agreement.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape or misuse its content, or interfere with its normal operation.
4. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of SaltLine Networks or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser.
5. No Binding Quotation via the Site
Descriptions, pricing indications, equipment references, and specifications on the Site are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute a binding quotation or offer. Actual pricing and scope of work are set out in a written quotation and a signed Installation & Service Agreement.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site.
7. Forms & Submissions
Information you submit through Site forms (such as "Book a Site Survey" or "Contact") is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not guarantee a response within any timeframe.

Liability arising from installed services or equipment is governed exclusively by the applicable Installation & Service Agreement, not by these Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Inhambane Province / as advised by counsel].
